The Gear Picker ("the Site," "we," "us") is operated by Granite Spire Holdings LLC, a California limited liability company. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Gear Picker is an informational tool for comparing skis using specifications sourced from manufacturers, along with descriptive information derived from those specifications. It is provided for general informational purposes to help you research ski equipment.

3. No warranty on information

We work hard to source specifications accurately from manufacturers. But we don't warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Manufacturers change specifications, and data can contain mistakes. Always confirm specifications, sizing, and suitability with the manufacturer or a qualified retailer before purchasing, and follow professional guidance for equipment setup and safety. Skiing carries inherent risks, and nothing on the Site is safety, fitting, or binding-adjustment advice.

4. Not professional advice

Information on the Site is not a substitute for professional advice from a ski shop, bootfitter, or certified technician. Equipment choices, especially bindings, mounting, and DIN settings, should be handled by qualified professionals.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's structure, original text, comparisons, and design are owned by Granite Spire Holdings LLC. Manufacturer names, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; we reference them for identification and comparison purposes only, and their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation. You may not scrape, republish, or bulk-copy the Site's data or content without permission.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with its operation (including automated scraping, overloading, or attempting to gain unauthorized access).

7. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites such as manufacturers and retailers. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
